About Red Dog Brewery

Red Dog Brewery is Mackay’s local independent craft brewery, pouring our own beers right here in Queensland. We’re passionate about fresh, house-brewed beer and good times with the community.

From early morning coffees and breakfast, through to long lunches, after-work drinks and dinner, both of our venues are designed for relaxed catch ups with family and friends.

Our main brewery in Rural View is where the magic happens – you can enjoy a meal while watching the brewing gear in action. Our Riverfront venue looks out over Mackay’s Pioneer River, perfect for tapas, drinks and live music by the water.
